Curious what people think. It's a a small town city with about 2,297 people. The median home value here is around $321,500, which seems about average. Rent is about $1,238/month for a decent place. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What would you do? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
