Best areas to explore in Garden City?

Anyone else feel this way? Crime rate is something to consider -Garden City sits at 440.5 per 100K. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Is this normal for Garden City? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

I'm a physical therapist and I've found it's been a really good experience overall. The community is better than expected and there's always something going on.
