Anyone else feel this way? Median household income is $72,511, which feels about average for the area. Poverty rate is 7.5%, which is pretty low. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
