Hi all, Crime rate is something to consider -Garden City sits at 363.4 per 100K. Household incomes average around $64,396 in Garden City. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Should I be concerned? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
