So, The unemployment rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 7.7%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Anyone in a similar situation? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
