Gardena in the winter -how bad?

Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. Should I be concerned? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it exceeded my expectations. Internet is tough in most areas.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. it was the best decision I ever made. Compared to Seattle it's challenging.
