Best and worst neighborhoods in Gardendale

Hello, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Rent is about $1,151/month for a decent place. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What do you all think? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Bought a house here in 2017 and I love the pace of life here. Property values have gone up a bit since then.
