Commute times in Gardendale -how bad?

Longtime lurker here, Median household income is $81,215, which feels pretty solid for the area. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development.

My experience has been mostly positive. the quality of life is solid. The only thing I'd watch out for is housing market. Other than that, Feel free to reach out with questions..
