I'm originally from Portland and The median home value here is around $250,600, which seems about average. With a population of 12,130, Gardere is a small town. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What are your go-to spots?

Hot take but I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. I know a lot of people disagree but after 1 years here, that's my honest assessment.
