OK so I grew up here but left for a while. With a population of 12,130, Gardere is a small town. The unemployment rate is 4.6%, which is about average. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Am I wrong here? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
