Hey, I'm a 22-year-old chef and Median household income is $60,694, which feels about average for the area. It's a a small town city with about 12,130 people. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
