Should I move to Garfield Heights or stay in Tampa?

It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

We moved here with our family and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Schools in Riverside area are challenging. Kids love it here.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are pretty good, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 1 years ago from Boston and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Downtown. It's surprisingly good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is pricey right now, especially in construction. If you're in legal you might struggle.

People: Generally excellent. It took about 7 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: surprisingly good. Tons of options if you like craft beer.

Hope this helps!.

The food scene here is average. Tons of great seafood places. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.
