Relocating to Garfield, NJ -pros and cons?

I work in insurance and You can expect to pay around $1,612 for rent here. Poverty rate is 13.0%, which is around average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What would you do? Cheers. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's been a really good experience overall. The only thing I'd watch out for is cost of living. Other than that, Good luck with whatever you decide..

We moved here with our family and it's been a really good experience overall. Schools in West area are excellent. Kids love it here.
