Median household income is $96,916, which feels pretty solid for the area. Homes are going for about $297,600 on average. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Does this match your experience? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
