Alright, Average temperature is around 42--F, so bundle up in winter. The unemployment rate is 0.7%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Any advice would be great. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up.
