Hey folks, Military spouse here. Homes are going for about $85,300 on average. Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Worth the trade-offs? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
