What Gassville does better than anywhere else

Random thought, The unemployment rate is 4.5%, which is about average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Anyone in a similar situation? It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Used to live on the East side, now on the Riverside side. Completely different vibe. it was the best decision I ever made.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are hit or miss, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
