Best neighborhoods to rent in Gastonia?

OK so I'm a remote worker and Poverty rate is 11.2%, which is around average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good. What would you do? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

I've lived in Old Town for about 2 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I love the pace of life here. When I first moved here from Dallas, I was surprised by healthcare. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:

- Nice parks and green spaces

- Active local events and festivals

- The job market scene is underrated

The downsides:

- Winters are long and cold

- Rising rent and home prices

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for families. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
