First post here. I'm single, late 50s, and Rent is about $2,000/month for a decent place. It's a a small town city with about 2,192 people. The median home value here is around $651,600, which is pretty steep. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Let me know your thoughts.
