Best apartments in Gatesville under ?

So, Just moved here 13 months ago and Rent is about $920/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 67--F, so the weather is moderate. The weather takes some getting used to. Is this normal for Gatesville? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
