What I wish I knew before living in Gateway

Hi all, My partner and I are Average temperature is around 75--F, so it's warm year-round. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What do you all think?

My experience has been mostly positive. I have mixed feelings honestly. The only thing I'd watch out for is school system. Other than that, It's not for everyone but it works for us..
