So, Rent is about $1,077/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $62,480 in Gautier. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Should I be concerned? Any help is appreciated. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development.
