Relocating to Gautier, MS -pros and cons?

Longtime lurker here, I'm single, late 20s, and The unemployment rate is 4.2%, which is about average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

I'm a electrician and I've found it was the best decision I ever made. The community is excellent and there's always something going on.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are surprisingly good, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
