Co-working spaces in Gearhart?
Alright, Any help is appreciated. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 5 years ago from Salt Lake City and here's my honest breakdown:
Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in West. It's excellent for what you get.
Jobs: The market is affordable right now, especially in hospitality. If you're in manufacturing you might struggle.
People: Generally average. It took about 3 months to build a solid friend group.
Food: surprisingly good. Tons of options if you like Korean.
