Isla moving Aug 1, 2025

So, It's a a small town city with about 21,299 people. The unemployment rate is 1.2%, which is pretty low. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I overthinking this? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
