What's it really like living in Geneva?

Hey, With a population of 5,912, Geneva is a small town. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Anyone in a similar situation? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Came here for cost of living and stayed because I have mixed feelings honestly. The safety is honestly average and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
