Worst things about Geneva nobody talks about

Longtime lurker here, I'm originally from Seattle and Poverty rate is 17.7%, which is higher than I expected. Household incomes average around $48,357 in Geneva. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Is this normal for Geneva?

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want housing market, then yeah this place is great. But if weather matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
