Does this match your experience? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Moved here from Miami about 10 years ago. I love the pace of life here. Still getting used to weather but Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are challenging, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Public transit is pretty good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I love the pace of life here.
