Just moved here 3 months ago and Homes are going for about $167,000 on average. The median home value here is around $167,000, which is actually reasonable. Rent is about $833/month for a decent place. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
