Anyone else feel this way? I relocated for work and Household incomes average around $90,381 in Georgetown. Homes are going for about $366,600 on average. Rent is about $966/month for a decent place. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Thoughts? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
