Worst things about Georgetown nobody talks about

OK so I'm single, late 40s, and It's a a small town city with about 7,456 people. The unemployment rate is 2.0%, which is pretty low. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cheers. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Bought a house here in 2015 and it's not perfect but it works for me. Property values have gone up significantly since then.
