Best hidden gems in Georgetown

First post here. With a population of 11,606, Georgetown is a small town. Rent is about $1,446/month for a decent place. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What are your go-to spots? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

As someone who grew up here, it's improved dramatically in recent years. A lot has changed in the past few years though. cost of living used to be much established but now it's improving.
