Pros and cons of Georgetown after 14 years

The unemployment rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. With a population of 11,606, Georgetown is a small town. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up.
