Anyone regret moving to Georgetown?

My family moved here when I was a kid. With a population of 3,105, Georgetown is a small town. You can expect to pay around $729 for rent here. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Worth the trade-offs? Any help is appreciated. Downt...
