Cheapest neighborhoods in Georgetown?

First post here. We're a young couple and Median household income is $57,704, which feels about average for the area. With a population of 8,511, Georgetown is a small town. The unemployment rate is 4.5%, which is about average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Pros:
- Nice parks and trails
- Easy commute
- Lots of new development
- Good healthcare facilities

Cons:
- Not very walkable
- Few job opportunities in some fields
- Mosquitoes and humidity
Cheers. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
