Georgetown in the winter -how bad?

I've been here for 11 years and Homes are going for about $158,600 on average. With a population of 8,511, Georgetown is a small town. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Thoughts? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

As someone who grew up here, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. A lot has changed in the past few years though. nightlife used to be much competitive but now it's decent.
