Georgetown is underrated, change my mind

OK so I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Rent is about $805/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $805 for rent here. The median home value here is around $158,600, which is actually reasonable. The unemployment rate is 4.5%, which is about average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Is this normal for Georgetown? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
