Not sure if this has been asked before, but Just moved here 10 months ago and Rent is about $1,671/month for a decent place. Crime rate is something to consider -Georgetown sits at 103.4 per 100K. The city has invested a lot in new development. What would you do? Thanks for reading. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is community vibe. it's not perfect but it works for me. Worth doing your research before committing.
