Is Georgetown getting better or worse?

I've been here for 19 years and Household incomes average around $91,857 in Georgetown. Average temperature is around 70--F, so it's warm year-round. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Is this normal for Georgetown? I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Internet is surprisingly good in most areas.
