Hey, Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a marketing manager who relocated here from Dallas about 2 years ago. The main reasons were cost of living and family.

Pros I've experienced:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Diverse dining options

Cons that are real:
- Limited public transit options
- Limited high-paying job options

Financially, we've found it solid compared to where we came from. Older homes are where the value is. Groceries are competitive, gas is tough.

Socially, it's improved dramatically in recent years. Happy to answer more specific questions..

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a electrician who relocated here from Pittsburgh about 10 years ago. The main reasons were my partner's job and cost of living.

Pros I've experienced:
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Active local events and festivals
- Affordable housing options

Cons that are real:
- Winters are long and cold
- Road conditions need improvement

Financially, we've found it underrated compared to where we came from. The market is competitive but not impossible. Groceries are competitive, gas is pretty good.

Socially, I love the pace of life here. No regrets on my end..
