Thinking about relocating to Georgetown from Raleigh

I'm a college student here and Median household income is $91,857, which feels pretty solid for the area. Household incomes average around $91,857 in Georgetown. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Would love some local perspective. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

I've been living here for 4 years and I'd say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The cost of living is solid compared to other places I've lived. Overall Good luck with whatever you decide..
