Cost of living reality check -Germantown

Random thought, I'm single, late 50s, and With a population of 5,796, Germantown is a small town. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I overthinking this? I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Hot take but it's not perfect but it works for me. I know a lot of people disagree but after 12 years here, that's my honest assessment.
