Hey everyone, I'm a remote worker and With a population of 40,812, Germantown is a smaller city. Homes are going for about $441,200 on average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks in advance! Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
