Starting a business in Germantown?

I relocated for work and The median home value here is around $441,200, which is pretty steep. Poverty rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is weather. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Worth doing your research before committing.
