Hey folks, Poverty rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What neighborhoods would you suggest? TIA! The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
