OK so I'm single, late 40s, and You can expect to pay around $2,097 for rent here. It's a a small town city with about 12,202 people. The weather takes some getting used to. What would you do? The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
