Commute times in Gilbert — how bad?

Random thought, My family moved here when I was a kid. Homes are going for about $518,600 on average. Poverty rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Is this normal for Gilbert? Thanks in advance!

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want safety, then yeah this place is great. But if healthcare matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

My experience has been mostly positive. I have mixed feelings honestly. The only thing I'd watch out for is pet-friendliness. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..
