Is Gilbert worth it salary-wise?

Been meaning to ask this. I'm a remote worker and Average temperature is around 73°F, so it's warm year-round. The unemployment rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $121,351, which feels pretty solid for the area. Rent is about $2,028/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $2,028 for rent here. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

As someone who grew up here, it's not perfect but it works for me. A lot has changed in the past few years though. school system used to be much reasonable but now it's excellent.
