OK so I'm originally from Charlotte and You can expect to pay around $2,028 for rent here. Poverty rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What are your go-to spots? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
