Longtime lurker here, We have two kids and Median household income is $55,323, which feels about average for the area. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Worth the trade-offs? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up.
